If you would like to return or exchange an item/s purchased from our online store, you will need to contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. Once an RA number is obtained, please follow the instructions in the email.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item/s. We suggest using a tracked service as we are not responsible if the item/s go missing.
Returned items must be unwashed, unused, unworn and unaltered with original tags still attached. We must receive the item/s within 7 days of original purchase date. Any items returned to us outside of this time frame will not be accepted. We have the right to refuse any item that we believe is not in the original condition that it was purchased.
Once returned items have been received, they will undergo review and once approved you will be sent your new item/s (in the case of exchange) or refunded (in the case of return without exchange) onto original payment method. Please allow 2-3 days for a refund to show in your account. Credit notes will be valid for 6 months from issue. Any unused credit after this time period will be forfeited.
If you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact us immediately.
We cannot refund shipping on returns, except in the case that an item is faulty.
For international returns, we cannot refund duties or taxes.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

For international orders we are not liable for any duties or taxes paid by the customer at the receiving end.
We aim to ship all orders on the day of purchase though items purchased after 12pm AEST may be shipped the following day. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post.
Orders are sent out Monday to Friday and any order placed on the weekend will be sent the following business day.
Delivery to metro areas within Australia are usually next day, though can take up to 3 days. Please allow 2 - 3 days shipping for regional areas within Australia.
International delivery can take up to 7 days.
All prices include GST. All product prices and payments are in Australian Dollar currency ($AUD).
All clothing by PAGEANT is made in Australia.
Pre-ordering allows the customer to order an item through our website in advance of the product's delivery date. If an item is available for pre-order it will state on the product details page that it is available for pre-order including an approximate delivery date.
If there are any issues or delay on deliveries the customer will be contacted immediately.
50% of the total price will be forfeited on any cancellation made by the customer.
The returns policy for pre-orders is the same as for all other orders.
